Cost and volume

Page price is only half the math.

At the usual one $1 token per page, WiseFax matches Just One Fax at five pages and costs more beyond five. That is only a rule of thumb: WiseFax shows destination-specific token needs before sending, and Just One Fax supports U.S. destinations only.

Just One Fax prices each destination as a separate $5 transaction. One page and 100 final pages cost the same, but a second recipient or a later fax costs another $5. It does not preserve an unused monthly allowance or provide a fax number between sends.

Choose by workflow

Who each service is actually for.

Choose WiseFax when

An occasional sender with a very short document or international destination who wants a checkout-priced pay-as-you-go route.

  • You are sending fewer than five pages at a one-token destination
  • Your destination is outside the U.S.
  • You want an optional U.S. or Canada receiving number

Choose Just One Fax when

The requirement is one prepared outbound U.S. fax, not a fax account.

  • Your destination is in the U.S.
  • Your document has enough pages that token-per-page pricing exceeds $5
  • You want one checkout without a receiving subscription

What WiseFax changes

The added capability has a tradeoff.

Distinguishing strengths

  • Worldwide destination coverage
  • Pay-as-you-go sending with a total shown before confirmation
  • Optional receiving number and broad document-format support

Limits to inspect

  • Most destinations consume tokens by page, so long faxes become expensive
  • Token requirements can vary by country
  • Receiving introduces an automatically renewing subscription

Hard boundaries

Account, inbound, geography, and compliance.

These distinctions rule out more options than a small price difference does.
