Why subscriptions are awkward for occasional faxing
Many online fax plans are designed for businesses that send every month. That can make sense for a recurring workflow, but it adds signup, renewal, plan limits, and cancellation to a task you may do once a year.
A single-payment service optimizes for a different job: get a finished document to one destination, keep the result, and leave without managing a fax identity or inbox.

What counts as “one fax”
One purchase covers one prepared transmission to one destination number. You can include a cover page and multiple supported documents so long as the final fax is no more than 100 pages.
Sending the same file to two departments is two faxes, even when both belong to the same organization. That distinction reduces wrong-recipient risk and keeps each delivery result unambiguous.
